Vegans and Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient you can’t get from plants unless they’re fortified. B12 is produced by animals and bacteria. Fermented food such as kimchi may contain B12 and probiotics which are beneficial bacteria that improve he function of the digestive and immune systems. Probiotics help reduce allergic reactions and inflammation. My favorite way to use kimchi:

Stir fry organic noodles and mixed veggies. Then drizzle with tamari, garnish with sesame seeds and then mix with kimchi. Pair with homemade kombucha (extra probiotics and of course B12)
