I am deeply intrigued by ingredients in their natural form; even more so than the repast it becomes a part of.

Simple yet versatile.

Blended with vanilla, almond milk, and sugar it becomes a creamy treat. Seasoned with garlic salt, cayenne pepper, and fresh herbs it becomes a hearty meal.

Speaking of the heart, avocados lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels to aid in the number one killer in the world, heart disease.
Though I can never replicate the love nature gives the struggling seed to blossom into the life¬†sustaining tree, this right here has been basking under the Hawaiian¬†sun and rooted in purified water. It has been conversed with, prayed upon, and patiently waited on. –Diana 7/6/15
